Adam Gilbert reaches for the high notes

12th September, 2019

After 10 years as a baritone working with some of the main opera companies in the UK, Adam Gilbert is delighted to announce his move up into the Tenor repertoire. Adam finally decided to make this move after performing the role of Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus with Diva Opera last year,  finding the higher registers surprisingly easy to reach. Earlier this season he debuted in the role of Florestan in Fidelio by Beethoven with Opra Cymru which toured Wales and this engagement marked his entry as a Tenor. His upcoming plans include working as Tenor soloist for ENO Opera Squad 2019 and Tenor soloist for The Barrandov Opera.
